Common Water Heater Problems
If you discover your water heater is leaking, turn off your home’s water valve. It’s normally situated in your basement, by furnace or water heater, or under your kitchen sink.
Then call Midway Services at 727-219-2471 immediately. Even a little leak can cause significant damage to your home.
A leaky tank may be indicating it’s time for a new water heater.
Not Enough Hot Water
Getting zeroor not enough hot water out of your tap? If you use a gas water heater, something could be wrong with the pilot light.

A lack of hot water may also be a sign that your water heater is on its last leg and needs to be replaced.
Water is Too Hot or Too Cold

Other Water Heater Problems
