How do we provide full apartment or condo renovation
in just five days?
We pre-measure every unit after you receive
the “Notice to Vacate”.
We pre-stage all of the materials so that
we are ready when the unit becomes vacant
We pre-assemble some plumbing, electrical
and cabinet components to speed the on-site installation
We maintain three warehouses strategically
located and stocked with needed inventory
We stock all accessories to ensure timely
installation and meet your deadlines
We manufacture our own countertops to ensure
superior quality and timeliness
We maintain over $800K of cabinet inventory
to accommodate quick turnovers and emergencies
Cabinets, countertops and accessories all
come together the day before we start the job
We utilize specialized installation teams
and vehicles
We deploy special crews consisting of
electricians, plumbers, cabinet installers and general
labor
In just one day, we install all kitchen
and bath cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures,
window coverings, appliances and hardware
Our five day renovation program:
Day #1 – Demolition and wall repairs
