How do I know if I need a repipe of my home?
A: You
are probably experiencing one or more of the following
problems.

Low water pressure
         •
Being scalded in the shower when someone else is using
the water.
         •
Rusty water.
         •
Leaky pipes

How
do I get a time and cost estimate?
A: Call
Midway Services at 1-800-643-9295 or go to our
Estimates Page to schedule an appointment
for an FREE estimate. Customer Service will contact
you to establish an appointment with
a service technician.
Q:
What does it cost for an estimate?
A: There
is an initial charge of $39.95 for the estimate, however,
this fee is waived if Midway Services is contracted
to do the job.
Q:
Is
there any special preparation I need to do before the
installation?
A: The
only preparation required is to remove any items from
under the sinks or from the closets where the walls
will be opened for the repipe installation. If you have
questions about
this, you can call our production department for more
information.
Q:
Whom
do I call if I have questions while the job is in progress
or after completion?
A:
Your job will be assigned to a Field Supervisor who
will oversee the installation of your new pipes
and provide technical assistance as needed. He will
be more than happy to answer  any
questions.
Q:
Will my water be turned off for a long prolonged period
of time?
A: No.
We will work around your existing piping until the replacement
pipes are fully installed. Typically, your water will
be turned off for only a few hours during the transition
period.
Q:
Will my house or office be dirty or cluttered while
the job is in progress?
A: Midway
Services' crews are trained to keep your home or office
as neat and clean as possible
during the repipe. They will protect the floors and
clean the area of debris each day
before leaving.
Q:
What will I need to do to my house or office once the
repipe service is complete?
A: Midway
Services will professionally patch your walls leaving
a clean, smooth surface. You can
then paint the walls in the color of your choice or
do any special texture or acoustic coating
at that time.
Q:
Is
there a warranty on the work?
A: Yes.
After your quality installation, you will receive a
warranty in the mail with your name on
it, along with a copy of the permit for your records.
