Residential HVAC Service Technician In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, recommending and overseeing the installation of new or existing A/C systems, condensers, air handler change-outs and all associated duct work.  You will also be accountable for ensuring that the installation job quality is exceptional. If you are interested in this position, you must meet our minimum requirements which include a minimum of 3 years experience working as a residential A/C Service Technician in Florida (or southern US), and have: Experience with troubleshooting HVAC systems Experience with speaking to customers about their HVAC system, proposing practical remedy’s and upgrades. • Hands-on, practical experience performing successful system start-up operations

• Successful experience determining the appropriate size duct for the job at hand
• Hands-on, practical experience with and knowledge of all low voltage equipment, such as thermostat wiring, controls, relays, etc.
