a licensed contracting company providing electrical,
plumbing, and air-conditioning services and
repairs to customers throughout the Tampa
Bay area. We also service commercial HVAC
accounts regionally and have a Division for
remodeling residential kitchens and baths
that is second to none. Midway also provides
gas, multi-dwelling re-pipe, submetering systems,
and utility billing services throughout the
United States. Midway's Services HVAC division
has been serving the Tampa Bay Market for

Bill Wolf, the owner
and president of Midway Services has a goal,
which is to be the preferred place for employees

For over 50 years, Midway Services
has been servicing the multi-family industry.
Since inception, we have continued to grow
and strive to deliver the very best quality,
ensuring that we exceed our clients expectations.
Midway first began its journey
addressing the growing demand for domestic
pipe replacement caused by the failing polybutylene
pipes installed in the Southeast marketplace.
Since then we have mastered the re-piping
process at more than 100,000 units and have
expanded our geographic reach to the Northeast.
In the years that followed,
the dawn of utility expense control was
on the forefront of every real estate owner
and manager’s mind. We responded by researching,
developing, and launching a Utility Submetering
and Management division lead by field experts
who had the practical and technological
know-how to execute a strategy that would
ultimately meet the needs of the industry.
Since inception, Midway has installed more
than 75,000 meters and currently reads,
bills, and collects approximately 40,000
units on a monthly basis throughout the
United States.
To meet the needs of our clients,
we have structured and launched an Apartment/Condo
Renovation Division capable of addressing
and executing any interior and exterior
renovation project in Florida as well as
a Residential Remodeling Division. In an
effort to provide superior response time
and quality, we procure, stage, and warehouse
each job at one of our two warehouses. In
addition, we perform each and every job
with our own crew members including licensed
plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning
contractors.
