How Submetering Works
- Individual small meters are installed
in each apartment and linked through our
wireless System.
- Software allows us to read meters countrywide
via computer modem.
- Midway Services sends monthly bills to
residents.
- You continue to pay the master meter
bill to your local utility provider.
- We "sweep" the account monthly
and reimburse you from funds we collect,
less a nominal billing fee.
- Get back up to 70% - 90% of the apartment's
water cost
- It is fast, accurate, and economical!
- Water Sub metering is usually activated
after a water conservation program is instituted
- We handle all billing, collections and
notices so you can spend your time on what
you do best; serving your customers...the
tenant.
